Hi I would like to know if the Arduino BLE-Shield v2.0.0 is compatible with the Arduino Ethernet
http://store.arduino.cc/index.php?main_ ... cts_id=197

Can Arduino BLE-Shield v2.0.0 read the RSSI of the devices in range?

Thanks

Hello,

well the BLE-Shield v2.0.0 uses Serial Ports only. The Interrupt pins can be used to indicate a connection was established or terminated.
So the use of pins can be reduced to two pins. The firmware of the BLE-Shield v2.0.0 cannot be used to discover devices around and read their RSSI values.

Cheers,
Michael.
